EC Electricien Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern the services provided by Groupe EC Electricien ("us," "we," or "our") for your project related to the renovation, construction, maintenance, or repair of a property (hereafter referred to as the "Project"). In these Terms and Conditions, the terms "you" and "your" refer to you, the customer.

Service
Subject to these Terms and Conditions, we offer services designed to assist your Project. We provide expert advice and may refer you to one or more trusted contractors within our network for the execution of your Project (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor" or "Contractors").
Execution of Work
By engaging a Contractor through our service, you enter into a separate contract with the Contractor for the performance of renovation, construction, maintenance, or repair work (hereinafter referred to as the "Work"). We are not a party to this contract and do not perform any of the Work. All Contractors are independent professionals and are not partners, associates, co-contractors, agents, or employees of Groupe EC Electricien.
Fees
You are solely responsible for all payments related to the Work to the Contractor. These payments are non-refundable by Groupe EC Electricien.
Renovation Guarantee
Except for repairs and maintenance work, certain projects may be eligible for a Renovation Guarantee. The specifics of this guarantee are detailed on our website: Groupe EC Electricien Renovation Guarantee. We reserve the right to modify the Renovation Guarantee terms at any time without notice. Changes will be published on our website and are effective immediately.
Limitation of Liability
The Contractor is solely responsible for the execution of the Work. We are not liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential, that may arise from your use of our services or from any actions or omissions of the Contractor. By using our services, you waive any claims against Groupe EC Electricien, except as provided by the Renovation Guarantee.
Modifications and Termination
We may modify our Service and these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version on our website (Groupe EC Electricien Terms) will prevail. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion.
Protection of Personal Information
We collect, use, and disclose your personal information as necessary to provide our services, complying with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to our sharing of your personal information with Contractors as needed to facilitate your Project.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and our services are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the district of Montreal, Quebec.
